I have a vast knowledge of all different areas in the fitness industry, I recently completed my first Great North Run in a very decent time of 1 hr 36mins, I achieved this with no previous experiences of running competively and only 2 months of preparation. I feel I could give some good insight into how others could achieve the same results.
In my spare time I enjoy and am proud to say I've been kickboxing since 2012 because of this I know how to get your fitness levels to their maximum, kickboxing is a very physical demanding sport requiring extreme levels of fitness and explosive power. I can get these results from anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort. Also in this sport I have often had to drop weight in preparation for a fight so this is also an area that I am familiar with.
Until 2012 I was extremely unfit with an unhealthy lifestyle but since then fitness has changed my life for the better and I want to help you and many others like you realise and achieve your dreams of a fitter future.
